Our leasing websites have been programmed to search engine optimize themselves, giving you the best possible chance of achieving good Google rankings. They are tried, they are tested and they work.
Every leasing package gets a free email address (powered by Google), free hosting and a free domain name. Those features alone can cost you more than our monthly leasing fee!
When you sign up to our package you will be allocated a website agent who has a wealth of experience in setting up and running leased websites. This expert will be there to help you throughout the duration of your lease.

Over the years of building these bespoke websites it became clear to us that many companies, for whatever reason, don’t have the resources to spend thousands on their own site.

Which is why we launched our leasing packages. We have harnessed all the expertise and experience we have built up over the years to design and create a series of websites that can fit and adapt to just about every business imaginable.

The process couldn’t be simpler. Once you have made the decision to take up our monthly leasing plan, all you have to do is choose from one of our contemporary designs on the Templates page. Then send us your desired content and logo along with any images you wish to have on the site.
Your account manager will then browse for a suitable domain based on your company name and will also give you a free email account set up on Gmail (but using your new domain name) in order to keep in touch with your clients. This email comes with all the fantastic cloud services included in their Google for Work programme
Once your site is set up, you will have full access to change and upload new information on the website as you see fit.
As part of our leasing package we provide a detailed manual so you can follow the easy steps to make the changes you want.
Not only that, but we offer all of our clients 5 hours of free annual support should you have any problems or require urgent changes but are unable to do them yourself.
Our leasing programme is an an annually renewable agreement.
However, we are entirely sure that once your have your site, you will love it too much to give it up.
Our pricing structure is incredibly straightforward. We don’t do hidden fees or annoying extras. We don’t try and charge you for things you don’t need, don’t want or didn’t know you had to pay.
There are only two prices you need to remember.
From our side, provided you supply us with the necessary content and information, we can have your site up and running in a matter of days. That’s how easy this process is.
During the initial set up phase we will match the colours of your chosen website to your company logo, import and upload the logo itself and change the name of any menu items you might want to edit. By the time we have finished the site will look and feel like you spent thousands on a customized product.
During the initial set up phase we will upload text and images for all the pages you want to use. In the case of product websites we will also upload up to 30 different products to your site to get you rolling.
One of the aspects we pride ourselves in is the ease of using the back-end of our websites. There is no point having a great site but needing a degree in computer programming to make any changes to it. Our content management system is simplicity itself and you get a detailed manual to help you through the processes. And don’t forget, we are here to help if you get stuck.
There are several reasons why a company may want to change leasing templates like, for example, a change in the nature of the business. Or just to freshen things up. Doing so is a simple process which we will take care of for you. (Charges apply).
We are not one of those companies that hold our clients to ransom. You can cancel your lease at any time by paying us a fee equivalent to one year’s lease. As soon as that fee is paid, the domain and email address become yours.
We do offer additional features for your site like newsletters and banner managers. And we are always happy to talk to you about what options are available. However, we strongly advise against taking up any of these extras from the start to give you time to get used to the site and its features.
Of course. We have hundreds of clients who opt for customized sites. And we will be only too happy to give you a free consultation. However, bear in mind the cost of a specifically designed and developed site can be hundreds of times more expensive than a leased site.
Content. All content on a leased website remains the property of the lessor. It is important that you ensure all content you provide us for the initial upload and any subsequent content you upload to the site is not protected by third party copyright. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of content placed into the site on your behalf or subsequently uploaded to the site in the future.
Costs. The lease payment of €365 or €500, depending on the site chosen, covers all standard running costs for the website and email account including hosting and relevant Google costs. Our standard hosting package includes 5GB of monthly bandwidth and 500MB of disk space. Additional hosting can be provided against a fee if necessary.
Property. For the duration of your agreement, the website, domain name and email address you are leasing remain the property of Untangled Media Limited. Should you wish to withdraw from the lease, the domain name and email address can be transferred to you once any penalties have been paid.
Uptime. Your leased website will be live 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to the generally accepted standards for uptime and scheduled maintenance.
Back ups. We take quarterly backups of all our sites. You will be allowed to retrieve this data once a year with out a charge. Additional retrievals can be made against a minimal charge.
Transfer. At any point in your lease agreement you can decide to move your website to another one of our leasing templates. The cost for this transfer is €150*.
Termination. Untangled media Reserves the right to terminate a lease agreement, shut down the website and close the email account should the client be found to be using the site for activities which are illegal. Equally, should the client fail to maintain their annual payments, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement. In both cases Untangled media will impose a penalty on the lessor which is the equivalent of one year's lease.
Withdrawal. This is a rolling lease agreemen. In order to withdraw from this agreement you will need to pay one year's leasing fee by way of a penalty. Once paid, the website will be closed and the domain and email address released to you. Please not that there are third party charges related to maintaining your domain name and email address. The domain name must be paid for annually, while Google allows you to pay for your email address either monthly or annually. From the point of closure of the site, these charges will become your responsibility.
Email. After terminating your agreement, in order for your email to remain active you will need to continue paying for it. The annual fee for a Gmail account is €80*. Alternatively you are free to transfer your email to another certified Google partner.
Products. If you choose one of our product management CMS websites, we will input up to 30 products on your behalf during the initial upload. There is no limit to the amount of products you can upload to the site yourself.
